With reference to your letter No.92666/32 of
the 5th July on the subject of the provision of
facilities to enable members of the wireless staff of the
Government of Hong Kong to obtain information on the
developments in wireless telegraphy, I have the honour to
state that in our opinion they could not do better than
to take (say) a month's course at Marconi's and to enclose
I have to a copy of correspondence with that firm.
enquire whether the information for which the firm asks
is available.
